Shots-fired incident in Seaford under investigation

SEAFORD — A shots-fired incident Monday is under investigation, Seaford Police said.

Police said that at approximately 8:18 p.m., officers responded to the area of Conwell Street between Spruce Street and Third Street for a complaint of shots fired. Upon arrival, according to police, witnesses said that an unknown man was firing at a group of people. The man then fled the area in a white vehicle.

Police said no one was injured in the incident. Several shell casings and other evidence were found in the area, police said.
