Retired Delaware Supreme Court Justice Vaughn dies

Retired Delaware Supreme Court Justice James T. Vaughn, Jr. died Thursday, the Delaware Judiciary announced.
“Our thoughts are with Justice Vaughn’s family and friends and all those who worked with him during his more than 25 years of service on the Delaware bench,” a news release said Friday.
