Bayhealth hosting bike donation events
Free Bikes 4 Kidz Delaware is looking for gently used bikes that may be taking up space in garages or sheds.
The organization, along with its founding and premier sponsor Bayhealth, is hosting the following donation events: 8:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday at DE Turf Sports Complex (fields 1-3), Frederica; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 25 at Bayhealth Total Care, 18383 Hudson Road, Milton, and Bayhealth at the Blue Hen Corporate Center, 651 Bay Road, Dover.
The new chapter is part of the national nonprofit that helps all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing donated bikes.
Last year, FB4K Delaware donated more than 400 bicycles to kids in need in Kent and Sussex counties.
