Add Millsboro to the list of Delaware municipalities not welcoming legalized cannabis business under the Marijuana Control Act.
While most of the commentary during a public hearing Monday urged Millsboro officials to allow such industry in town limits, the mayor and council voted 7-0 to approve an amendment to the town’s zoning regulations that will prohibit cannabis establishments, including testing, cultivation, production and retail.
