Murray, Rothstein named TidalHealth Team Members of Year
MILLSBORO — TidalHealth Primary Care and Specialty Care have announced that Barbara Murray and Caitlin Rothstein, team care assistants at TidalHealth Primary Care, Millsboro, are its 2023 Team Members of the Year.
They had been recognized as Team Members of the Month in September 2023 for their demonstration of the health system’s values of community and service during an interaction with a patient: “A patient was transitioning from the home he had lived in all his life to a long-term care facility. He did not have any suitcases or any means to be able to purchase any. He had packed his only belongings in trash bags before his big move. Barbara and Caitlin learned of this and made sure to get him presentable luggage, totes and bags so he could arrive at his new home with his dignity intact.”
Ms. Murray and Ms. Rothstein went above and beyond to provide a valuable service to a member of the community who could not facilitate for himself, TidalHealth noted.
