Take ‘Journey to Wellness’ at Unitarian Universalists in Lewes
LEWES — “Journey to Wellness,” a free presentation by Dorothy Greet, will be held from noon to 2 p.m. May 18 at Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware, 30486 Lewes Georgetown Highway.
Ms. Greet is an author, blogger and health activist, and will introduce an online course she has developed for individual and/or group use.
She will show portions of the course, which focuses on the benefits of a plant-based diet. A light lunch with dessert will be served.
There is no charge, and no registration is required. The event is sponsored by the congregation and VegRehoboth.
