CDCC’s Mini Masters and mixer are Wednesday

WYOMING — What is it about miniature things that make them so delightful? From puppies and kittens to mini snacks, it is hard to turn down anything tiny.

Add the Mini Masters to that list!

The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce has shrunk the iconic Masters professional golf tournament — but only in size, not in competitiveness and fun. On Wednesday night, join the chamber for its Mini Masters mini-golf tournament and Sunset Business Mixer at Tre Sorelle Dolce from 4-7.

Dust off your prized putter and get ready for the ultimate test at the Mini Masters. The competitive camaraderie will be unlike any you’ve ever seen before. We hope our full roster of tenacious teams has been practicing all year for this very moment — for the chance to win the official CDCC blue jacket because blue is the new green at the Mini Masters.

Spring has sprung, and the fun has only just begun! No need to fret if you haven’t been able to practice your swing on the green yet because this is also the chamber’s monthly Sunset Business Mixer. All golf teams have been booked; however, there will be plenty of space to mix and mingle around the green at the adorable, retro-inspired Tre Sorelle Dolce, a true central Delaware gem. What better way is there to welcome this delightful season than with ice cream, food trucks, mini golf, outdoor games and your charming central Delaware community? Expect lots of laughs, cheers, prizes and trophies, as guests support local businesses.

The Mini Masters is not only an event for competitive fun and team building; it’s also the premiere networking event of the chamber. The Sunset Business Mixer is the place to be to expand your professional network, meet likeminded people in your local community, gain qualified leads and make partnerships to last for years to come.

The Mini Masters also serves as our spring fun fundraiser. The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce is a small nonprofit organization with a big footprint. Events like these are only one way the chamber gives back to its cherished community. All proceeds generated from this exciting evening go directly to our efforts in supporting and sustaining the many programs that help you and your business excel for the better of central Delaware. We thank everyone who registered to play and extend a thank-you in advance for our members’ attendance.

The CDCC would like to thank the Mini Masters tournament sponsor, Dover Pools, for its generous support.

Thank you to the beverage sponsor, Pike Creek Mortgage Services, and the snack sponsor, Sam’s Club of Dover.

We also thank the following sponsors (as of April 15): Bally’s Dover, Delaware Electric Cooperative, the Dover Federal Credit Union, the Dover/Kent Metropolitan Planning Organization, Hodges Accounting & Tax Services, the Kent County Tourism Corp. and Residence Inn Dover.

For information about registering to attend Wednesday’s event, contact 302-734-7513 or visit cdcc.net. The chamber is excited to welcome everyone to Tre Sorelle Dolce in Wyoming.
