DOVER — Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., recently toured the new Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Simulation Center at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus.
The state-of-the-art training space opened in September and is designed to provide a high-tech immersive environment for medical students, residents and health care professionals.
Sen. Carper observed how the center will enhance training and advancements in health care across central and southern Delaware.
