Sandhill Fields welcomes Shannon Anfuso as new general manager
By Glenn RolfeGEORGETOWN - The Sussex Sports Center Foundation, Inc. has announced Shannon Anfuso as the new general manager for Sandhill Fields.
Ms. Anfuso will oversee all sporting and community event rentals while managing the property.
Sandhill Fields is a 90-acre sports complex located at 20330 Sandhill Road. It features eight regulation Bermuda Grass soccer fields which are fully convertible to accommodate regulation lacrosse fields, six regulation pickleball courts, and a 3.5-mile walking trail which is also home to a 3.1-mile regulation cross country course.
Additional amenities include a tot lot, picnic pavilions, and restrooms. The complex is available for tournaments, club practices and community use.
