‘Safe Surrender’ set for Kent County Courthouse

There are high hopes for Friday’s “Safe Surrender” event at the Kent County Courthouse.
Because a similar gathering May 12 in Wilmington settled around 800 capias and warrant cases, Justice of the Peace Court operations manager Roger Roof is optimistic about the results this time, as well.
