Millsboro pursuing sign-on bonuses as employment incentives

“Now hiring” signs are prevalent throughout Sussex County.
And the same goes for municipal jobs in Millsboro, where leaders may dangle the incentives of $5,000 sign-on bonuses and referral stipends to attract candidates, specifically within its understaffed police department.
