GEORGETOWN & SALISBURY — TidalHealth Primary and Specialty Care announces Darcelle Mann and Tiffany Ortiz are its Team Members of the Month for September 2024.

Darcelle Mann, patient service representative at TidalHealth Primary Care in Salisbury was nominated by Tyler Hastings for demonstrating the values of community and quality:

Tiffany Ortiz, medical assistant at TidalHealth Primary Care in Georgetown was nominated by Practice Manager, Michael Smyth, for demonstrating the values of accountability, community, quality and service:

“I am incredibly proud to nominate Tiffany. In the short time I have been Practice Manager at Georgetown, Tiffany has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to our team. She has not only met the demands of her role but has gone above and beyond.

Tiffany has seamlessly worked with multiple providers, quickly adapting to their unique workflows. She has consistently adjusted her schedule to cover unexpected staff absences and has taken on additional hours without hesitation to ensure the practice continues to run smoothly. In September alone, she onboarded new team members, mentored an extern, and even stepped in to assist another office, always ready to support her coworkers.

Beyond this, Tiffany has worked diligently to ensure patient messages are addressed promptly and that referral volumes remain manageable. She does all this with a positive attitude, a smile, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
