Long Neck rotary donation
By LONG NECK — As part of the annual “Rotary Reads” program, the Long Neck Sunrise Rotary Club donated 680 copies of “Do You Remember” by Sydney Smith to each student at Long Neck Elementary School.
The book was chosen because of its messaging about emotional issues children may hide from others, according to the club.
Dr. Meiasha Harris, second grade teacher at the school, read the book to an assembly of first, second and third graders.
