The Downtown Dover Partnership is ready to paint the town — or at least two crosswalks on Loockerman Street.
To that end, the agency is reaching out to artists and art lovers for input on design concepts for the program, which will reflect two goals of the “Capital City 2030: Transforming Downtown Dover” master plan: to implement creative placemaking strategies and to engage imaginative residents.
