DE DoJ: Lincoln community owner “flouted” order against illegal evictions

A group of men seeking to evict a resident of a Lincoln community mistakenly entered the wrong home, kicked out the 19-year-old sleeping inside and then changed the locks, according to testimony provided Monday during a hearing brought against the owners of Pine Haven by the Delaware Department of Justice.
