Bass: Our children need safe schools

“And secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” — preamble to our Constitution.
Our children, then, are under no obligation to attend any school wherein they would be in obvious physical jeopardy, and — as per Article 6, Section 2 — there can be no federal, state or local law to the contrary.
