The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is conducting a study on rockfish.

WHAT’S THE COST?: I wonder how much the survey will cost? They don’t need scientists and surveys. All they have to do is to cut a couple rockfish open and they will see dozens of baby crabs and soft crabs in each one. And thus you have the reason why the crabs are so scarce.

Hurlock residents are having trouble keeping “Blessing Boxes” full.

SAME PEOPLE: Problem is same people are going to the boxes everyday and taking everything

WAITING: I've seen the same man sitting in his truck waiting for someone to fill it and take everything

LEAVING NOTHING: I have a box at my house sometimes I put stuff in three times a day They come and take everything and don’t leave anything for anybody else
