Speak Up: Dover addresses rebirth by choosing developer for old post office

City manager Dave Hugg believes the former site of the Dover Post Office is far too important a gateway into downtown to be ignored, especially with a revitalization plan for the city in its infancy. At Oct. 9’s City Council meeting, Mr. Hugg stressed that repurposing the vacated site at 55 Loockerman Plaza is significant, and that’s why he’s suggesting that LGPI VA LLC purchase it.
