Perry: Vets’ transitional program accepting donations

I’m Frances Perry, founder of the Janie’s Hands Veterans Transitional Home. I would like to thank you all for your support behind this project of stamping out veterans’ homelessness.

I was a victim of homelessness after Desert Storm, and I am so grateful there was a veteran group that assisted me. So, after I experienced seeing Vietnam veterans get spit on during my childhood, my heart and sights were always to do what I possibly could do to alleviate the issue of veterans’ homelessness, including learning from my own life experience.
