  • Free snacks will be available from 2-4 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The library will provide tasty and healthy snacks to children in the community. Open to 18 and younger.

  • Free Walk-In Technology Help is available at the library. Staff are available to help with basic computing, MS Office, or other basic technology skills.
  • Make & Take Clay Pot Toadstools will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18. Visit the library to make a couple of painted decorative toadstools from terra cotta planters and saucers. Signups are required due to the limited amount of space and supplies. Free for adults and teens, 12 and older.
  • In-Person Storytime for pre-school age will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19. Join Ms. Michele and sometimes Ms. Marleena for fun stories. After the story, make an accompanying craft to take home. Signup required to attend this program.
  • Altogether Aging Art-Mazing will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. In this 8-week workshop, designed for beginners and sponsored by the Delaware Division of the Arts, Creative Aging Artist Angel King will help students learn to recognize the basic elements of art design, grow familiar with various art tools for painting, explore expressing their emotions through art, and acquire new confidence in their artistic abilities. Participants who attend all 8 sessions will receive a certificate. The free class is geared towards adults 55 and older. Signup required.
  • Book Club will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. This month’s discussion will be on recent reads and/or the chosen book of the month. Check with the library to pick up and know what April's selection is. New members are always welcome. Open to 18 and older.
  • A Book and Bake Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22. Sponsored by the Friends of the Harrington Library, buy a library tote and fill it up for $5. All proceeds will go to support the library.
