Here is the Question of the Day:
Eagles — the birds, not the team — are on a comeback. In the 1980s, they were in danger of extinction due to hunting policies and use of DDT, a harmful pesticide widely used in farming in the 1940s through 1972. There may have been only two to four nesting pairs left in Delaware. In 2018, 132 nests were observed along with 77 active breeding pairs pf eagles. Where have you sighted eagles recently?
