Southwest Airlines canceled many of its flights amid the Christmas travel season and a huge blizzard that socked in much of the country. Called a “meltdown” of the company’s computerized scheduling system, some are quick to point out that other airlines experienced cancellations and delays as well, although not nearly as many.
