Here is the Question of the Day:
A Delaware legislator has announced a plan to introduce two bills to change Delaware’s Constitution and Code, create reason-free absentee voting and allow the General Assembly to enact laws related to absentee voting. The proposals would also require that laws enacted by state lawmakers be approved by a two-thirds vote, rather than a simple majority. Do you support these ideas? How could a two-thirds majority vote requirement affect lawmaking?
