The Milford Public Library and the Milford Museum will present a history of the Buffalo Soldiers on Thursday, along with portions of two local movies. One, an excerpt from “The Other Side of the Tracks,” documents the early life of Delaware legend Dr. Reba Ross Hollingsworth. The other is a clip about the Milford Seven, the first African American students to graduate from Milford High School following the Brown v. Board of Education decision.
