TOWNSEND — The Appoquinimink High School Class of 2024 graduated during ceremonies in the Odessa High gym Saturday.

Meghan Virani was the valedictorian, and Rick Lee was salutatorian. Both offered remarks to the assembled audience during the school's 14th commencement.

The Jaguars class consisted of roughly 334 seniors.

Ethan Osiegbu presented reflections of the class, while school board member Norm Abrams also spoke to the audience.

Principal Samuel Posthlewait awarded diplomas, along with Susan Sappington and Kevin Hoy.
