N. Taylor Collins, a local artist and owner of the Parke Green Galleries in downtown Dover, said she will be available at her gallery at 331 S. State St. in Dover on any Saturday in February at 2 p.m. to provide reference materials for artists interested in participating in the Dover Days Program Cover Art Contest.
