Section of West College closed for water main repair

SALISBURY  — On Tuesday, Jan. 23, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the Water Distribution System, The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will be repairing a water main break at 431 W. College Avenue. W. College Avenue will be impassable from Camden Avenue to Russell Avenue. This includes all through traffic and Emergency Vehicles.

Work shall begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude around 4:30 p.m. barring any unforeseen events. No street parking between Camden Avenue and Russell Avenue is requested between these times. Residents in this area may also notice some loss of water pressure during the repair.

All locators and Central Alarm will be notified of this event. We appreciate your patience and consideration. Please contact the Utilities Division at 410-548-3103 for more information if needed.
