Victim in fatal Millsboro crash identified

MILLSBORO — Delaware State Police have identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle collision Monday as Josephine Fleming-Lloyd, 13, of Frankford.

The teen was the front passenger in a 2006 Jeep Liberty traveling north on Hollyville Road that crossed into the southbound lane after the driver lost control for unknown reasons, police said. The Liberty was struck by an oncoming 2016 Freightliner flatbed truck, and the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
