Unitarian Universalists to host Metta meditation in Lewes
LEWES — The Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware will host an in-person Buddhist Metta meditation session from 3-4:30 p.m. Saturday at 30486 Lewes Georgetown Highway.
The Rev. Sue Greer, an ordained spiritual life minister, will lead the group. No prior meditation experience is required.
The class is free and open to the public. Register by 5 p.m. Friday by emailing adultfaithexp@uussd.org.
