Police identify victim in fatal bike crash in Bethany

BETHANY BEACH — Delaware State Police have identified the 71-year-old Hockessin man who died from injuries in a bicycle crash Oct. 3.

Joseph Jezyk was traveling south on the southbound shoulder of Coastal Highway, when his bike collided with a vehicle at approximately 10:47 a.m. He died two days later.
