Delmarva Christian students serve the community

Posted

GEORGETOWN — Delmarva Christian High School recently sent its student body into the community for Royal Service Day.

Principal Nathan Benjamin worked with the towns of Georgetown, Millsboro and Milton to arrange for projects that each grade and accompanying teachers could carry out.

Delmarva Christian students are required to fulfill 25 hours of community service a year. The purpose is for students to show love actively and intentionally. Events like Royal Service Day provide the opportunity to tackle larger projects as a group.
