We’ve been reporting on housing data in the First State and whether there are enough affordable residences for citizens of every financial status. What are your thoughts? Are there too many new developments going up? How can the number of lower-cost rentals be increased? Are the prices to buy single-family homes getting too high?
School board elections are grassroots democracy at its best. In Delaware, you don’t even need to be registered to vote to cast your ballot; every adult resident is eligible to vote in their local school district.
Our organization, the Delaware Coalition for Open Government, took years to come to this point, appearing both in person and virtually. We have been patiently waiting for the opportunity to be heard and to discuss the inspector general bill, Senate Bill 21.
