Twice monthly meditation for all faiths starts Nov. 4 at St. Andrew's Parish House in Princess Anne

PRINCESS ANNE — If you’re interested in the practice of meditation as a way to improve your focus, health, or to deepen your inner peace or spiritual life then plan to take part in the twice monthly meditation opportunity that starts in November at the Parish House of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

Gaëtan Desombre, a long-time meditation practitioner who has received instruction and teachings from great Tibetan and Hindu masters in France, Belgium, India, Nepal, Canada, and the USA is offering sessions the first and third Monday of each month beginning Nov. 4 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. in the Parish House at 30513 Washington Street.

Mr. Desonbre is also a practitioner of healing arts including Qigong, Taiji, Aichi, Reflexology and Energy Work. First time participants are asked to arrive at 6:15 for instruction. For more details call 540-835-9006 or email gaetandesonbre@gmail.com.
