TidalHealth to hold Diabetes Support Group on March 25

SALISBURY — TidalHealth Peninsula Regional will hold a Diabetes Support Group from 2 to 3 p.m. on Monday, March 25 in the auditorium of the Avery W. Hall Educational Center located on the corner of Waverly and Vine Streets at 100 E. Carroll St. in Salisbury

Do you want to change your eating habits while also trying to manage your diabetes and overall health? Join Tania Frederick-Allen, Senior Dietetics Major at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and Susan Cottongim, RD, LDN, CDCES, of TidalHealth Nutrition & Diabetes Education, as they discuss a Mediterranean eating style and how it can positively impact your nutritional health. We will also celebrate National Nutrition Month.
