TidalHealth Nanticoke announces Team Members of Year

SEAFORD — TidalHealth Nanticoke’s Team Members of the Year have been chosen.

Melissa Wheedleton of the progressive care unit is the 2023 Clinical Team Member of the Year.

She is known as a source of calm in the storm and goes above and beyond for her team and patients. Her co-workers say she has a great demeanor, which allows her to joke with staff, while encouraging a great workflow. She prides herself on providing high-quality, safe care.

Robert “Bob” Seeley of Radiology is the 2023 Non-Clinical Team Member of the Year.

He joined the TidalHealth Nanticoke family in July 1996. Over the years, he has held many positions, including bedside nursing.

In his current role, Mr. Seeley works with medical imaging technologists, radiologists and surgeons. His colleagues say his positive attitude shines by easing patients’ concerns and providing the highest level of compassionate care possible.
