Three suspects sought in Smyrna shooting incident
SMYRNA — Three suspects were sought following a shooting incident at the George Wright Municipal Park Wednesday, Smyrna Police said.
According to spokesman Lt. Brian Donner officers responded to the park in the 500 block of N. Main St. at approximately 8 p.m., reference to an anonymous call about gunshots.
Upon arrival, Lt. Donner said, officers located shell casings from three separate firearms on the ground in the parking lot. Officers canvassed the area, and all bystanders on the scene either stated they did not witness anything or were uncooperative.
Police said at this time, no victims have been located, and no one is believed to have been struck.
