Suspended Sussex Central High principal seeks lawsuit dismissal

GEORGETOWN — A court filing Tuesday asked for the dismissal of a lawsuit against suspended Sussex Central High Principal Dr. Bradley Layfield, accused of mishandling surveillance video connected to a student fight last school year.
