Speak Up: ZEV regulations draw mixed reactions from Delaware lawmakers

Delaware’s proposed zero-emission vehicle regulations became a heavily debated topic among lawmakers during the first leg of the 152nd General Assembly. And, with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s recent decision to adopt the regulations — with an 82% requirement for the delivery of new vehicles in model year 2032 and increasing requirements until then — the conversation has continued.
