Speak Up: Republicans in Delaware General Assembly proposing spending, transparency measures

Republicans in Delaware’s General Assembly are making increased governmental transparency a priority in the 2024 legislative session. In unison, both Republican caucuses have announced plans for the introduction of bills to address accountability in areas of personal conduct and spending, specifically related to the annual consideration of fiscal measures that require passage from the legislature — the budget, capital bond and grants-in-aid bills.
