Speak Up: Is Delaware attracting families or just retirees?

Charlie Copeland shared an Opinion focusing on incoming residents of Delaware and why they may be moving here.
Charlie Copeland’s article on senior migration to Delaware is one of the best and most credible I have ever read. An Appoquinimink school tax increase was to be the largest I had ever seen ($500) in Delaware. There are different sides to be discussed for both seniors, non-seniors, current Delaware residents, those new residents, those who have children in school and those who do not. I urge all to read it. — Frank Marx
