Marijuana businesses are on their way to the First State, after the substance’s legalization for recreational use last year. What are your thoughts on the new industry?
- Let it be legal and move on. The legislature voted to make it legal. Either you are going to keep it legal or not. Stop going back and forth with the matter. Alcohol is by far the worst and causes people to do things illegal and inappropriate. The city should allow the marijuana industry. You can’t discriminate, and have alcohol and smoke shops downtown in Dover but not cannabis shops. Cannabis is now legal, according to what I read. — Ruth Hamilton
