Speak Up: Hearing on potential ZEV mandate for Delaware draws large turnout

A public hearing about Delaware’s potential adoption of California’s Advanced Clean Cars II regulations drew participation from more than 100 attendees April 26.

For over two-and-a-half hours, advocates touted the regulations’ environmental and health benefits, while opponents urged the state to let the market dictate itself and halt implementation of a zero-emission vehicle mandate.
