Speak Up: At crossroads of real estate, change or perish

Real estate broker Dustin Parker wrote an Opinion on Nov. 5 about his industry being at a crucial spot and how those in the field will sink or swim.

• Kudos to Dustin Parker for a lucid description of the ills and future of real estate transactions. I’m not knowledgeable enough to discern whether or when his vision will be manifest, but I’m certain that his is a clarion call that is clear and compelling. What I can better predict is that Mr. Parker will be a force in the local industry for the foreseeable future. — Phil Spampinato
