REHOBOTH BEACH — The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has withdrawn a recreational water advisory issued Thursday for Rehoboth Beach.
An advisory was issued after DNREC had found elevated levels of bacteria in a water sample taken the day before, but the beach remained open.
A follow-up test was conducted that found no elevated levels of bacteria and the advisory has since been terminated.
