Question of the Week: Delaware has fewer confrontational drivers?

A recent survey claims that Delaware has the smallest percentage of confrontational drivers in the nation, followed by Wyoming, Louisiana, South Dakota and Idaho. Forbes Advisor revealed Arizona as having the highest percentage, along with Rhode Island, West Virginia, Virginia and Oklahoma. What has your experience been on Delaware roadways? Where have you seen confrontational or aggressive driving? Where do you most often see cooperative drivers?
