It's Delaware Flood Awareness Week and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control and the Delaware Emergency Management Agency are partnering to inform residents about flood risk, extreme weather and the importance of flood insurance and remediation. What’s the situation where you live, work and play in the state? Where is it flooding? Has it increased?
