Question of the Day: Have you reserved your surf fishing time?

Here is the Question of the Day:

This is the first weekend for Delaware’s new surf-fishing permits. There are no sales caps this year, and it's an online and phone-in system for peak fishing times. Reservations are made the week prior for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, with a fee of $4 per booking. No reservations are required on weekdays, and during peak periods, surf permits are not valid without a reservation. Do you surf fish in Delaware? How is this new system working out?
