QOTW: What more can be done to create affordable housing?

Several initiatives have been developed to help Delawareans affordably own residences, plus the General Assembly has passed a number of measures to ease homeownership. However, some say these efforts are not enough and that prices remain too high. What ideas do you have about this concern? How can the goal of owning or renting a home become less difficult?
