QOTD: What actions are you taking against climate change?

Posted

Here is the question of the day

In Guyana, 90% of the population lives below sea level. The coastline is protected by a centuries-old sea defense system, a 280-mile seawall with manually operated sluice gates that prevent the Atlantic Ocean from flooding the country. Indigenous women with drones scan mangrove forests for illegal cutting and collect soil samples to measure the carbon held in remote ecosystems, nudging the government to create programs protecting critical areas. What actions are you taking to protect your home, town, state and/or country from the negative effects of weather and climate?
