QOTD: How’s the surf fishing?

Posted

Here is the question of the day:

Recent Delaware Great Outdoors columns have discussed the new regulations begun by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control requiring a reservation, plus a $4 nonrefundable fee, to be able to surf fish on peak days. The first Sunday the plan was in effect, some people who wanted to drive on to fish weren’t able to get a reservation, as they were sold out. Yet, writer Rich King shared a photo of a mostly empty beach at 9 a.m. that rainy day in Cape Henlopen State Park. Do you surf fish? How are the new regulations working for you and people you know?
